NOTICE: This is a HD texture pack. It requires the HD texture pack fix before you can use it.

Smegcraft 32 is my first HD pack. Though the final product will hopefully be entirely of my own creation, I got permission from Vattic to use his Faithful 32 pack as a placeholder while I create my own textures. Thanks to him for that. You can get his pack here Smegcraft 16 , my earlier effort) is to give Minecraft a fairly realistic look, but one that's also exaggerated and has a sense of fun. I enjoy slipping easter eggs in where you might not think to look, for instance, but that doesn't make the pack any less pretty. Interesting things: Paintings I guarantee you won't have seen before A few hidden easter eggs , for those with keen eyes and a sense of adventure Light stone and soil that give a subtler feel Cobblestone that's actually pleasant to look at, if you can believe that Alternate options for certain textures are included in the pack and can be manually swapped round An unusually high level of orange , since it's the greatest colour since...ever Gravel that's quite beautifully hideous, since nobody in their right mind uses it for anything pretty anyway If this texture pack had a theme tune, it would be this

To install a texture pack, the file must first be obtained in a ZIP format. Without decompressing the file, place the ZIP file in:

  • Windows XP/Vista/7: %AppData%\.mincraft\texturepacks
  • Linux: ~/.minecraft/texturepacks
  • Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/texturepacks

This path can be opened by using the Open Texture Pack Folder button from the game client. Once a texture pack is installed, it can be selected in the Mods and Texture Packs screen accessible from the main menu, but not while a world is currently open.
